Refractory ball for hot-blast furnace is a solid sphere composed of refractory aggregate and refractory powder, mixed with bond, molded and fired, used as the heat regenerator of ball-type hot-blast furnace.
The refractory ball for ball-type hot-blast furnace produced by our factory is made by highly precise technology and mechanical molding method. It is of high bulk & density, low creep, high softening temperature with load, thermal shock resistance, good corrosion resistance. It can develop the smelting condition efficiently, increase hot blast temperature, reduce energy consumption of iron-making, prolong the service life of ball-type hot-blast furnace.
Based on chemical composition, refractory ball for ball-type hot-blast furnace can be divided into five types: high alumina ball, fused alumina zirconia ball, pink fused alumina ball, alumina-zirconia-chromic compound ball and low creep ball.
Refractory Ball for Hot-Blast Furnace Standard Size:
Based on diameter size, it can be divided into four types: φ40mm, φ50mm, φ60mm, φ80mm. We can also offer customized products according to your requirements on content, index and specification.
