1. Fire resistance
   The refractoriness of high alumina brick is higher than that of clay brick and semi-silicon brick, up to 1750~1790℃.
2. Softening temperature under load
   Because of high Al2O3 in high aluminum products, less impurity mass, the formation of less fusible glass, so the load softening temperature is higher than clay brick, but because mullite crystals did not form a network organization, so the load softening temperature is still not high silicon brick.
3. Slag resistance
   High aluminum brick Al2O3 more, close to the neutral refractory material, can resist the erosion of acid slag and alkaline slag, because it contains SiO2, so the ability of alkali slag is weaker than the ability of acid slag.
